KEVIN YOUKILIS - OWNER   Former MLB player that hated the short hops in baseball but loves the hops of craft beer. Kevin’s vision to open a brewery came from the perks of traveling across the country and exploring breweries. If you ever saw him play, you can understand why he needed a beer after a game to taper the adrenaline.  Once he was washed up, he wanted to find a business venture that consumes his passion to work and to be on a team. When he is not hanging out at Loma, he is busy chasing after his 3 kids. He currently is batting a  1.000 in home brewing! (1-1)

DAN REINEKE - GENERAL MANAGER   The guy behind the guy (Youk). Keeps the wheels greased and the spirits up. Loves great service, great beer, and dad jokes. If not at Loma or doing something Loma related, he's coaching little league and judging music choices...also looks a lot like Rob Riggle.

AUBREE ARNDT - EXECUTIVE CHEF   As the Chef of Loma, I strive to inspire and motivate my team, my kitchen family, to embrace their natural talents and learn from each other. As well as keep challenging myself and staying creative. The goal as a chef and for my staff is to be completely immersed and captivated with all that is food and what surrounds it.

BROGAN HUNTER - HEAD OF BREWERY OPERATIONS   As a novice homebrewer but avid beer drinker, Brogan landed a side gig in the craft beer industry while completing her degree down south at Cal Poly. Post graduation, she returned to the Bay Area and has been with Loma since batch 004. She now leads our 10bbl brewhouse and our expanding beer lineup.

CHANTAL DIEGO - BAR MANAGER / SALES (H.B.I.C.)   Chantal is our bar manager, working alongside the rest of the bar crew to cultivate a fun and friendly Loma experience. Her background is in beer, beer, and more beer, with almost a decade of craft beer menu curating under her belt and a few years of classic cocktail-ing thrown into the mix. Wearing yet another hat, she is part of our newly-minted sales team, so whether you are bellied up to our bar in Los Gatos, perusing the selection at Bay Area beer drinking establishments or bottle shops, or seeking to stock our beer where you work, she is a solid resource for Loma beer knowledge, a pro-Oxford comma argument, or a good pun.

My mindset for how I try to operate is best stated by Mr. Richard Branson, “If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients.” I am happiest when the people around me are happy so I try to make sure everyone who comes in to our brewery has a great time and the best possible experience. As someone who has worked many different positions for this restaurant, I love coming to work everyday and I strive to learn and know every aspect of this amazing place that I can.
